Mariana Vicente is the oldest of four kids, Ramón, Claudia Sofia and Sebastián. Her father, Ramón Vicente, is a entrepreneur and her mother, Izayma Morales, works in public kindred. Mariana Vicente is a famous top model in Puerto Rico. She also succeed the prestigious "La Cara de Imagen L'Oreal" 2005. She is a student at the University of Puerto Rico in Carolina. Her grandfather, Vicente, is one of her pressure who emigrated from Spain to Puerto Rico.

Marian Vicente epitomized Rio Grande at the Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2010 pageant, held on November 12, 2009 in San Juan. She won the title of "Miss Puerto Rico Universe" and won several awards including: L'Bel Face, JcPenney's Style Award, Holsum Light Best Figure and Payless Best Catwalk. She is represented by Element Model Management in Puerto Rico, directed by Ann La Place. She is rumored to be working with fashion stylist Daniel E. Rivera.
