Oh... and for those of you wondering, since March 11, 2011 Japan has had 928 earthquakes... as of 12:25 EST Canada. Including the 9.0, there have been additional three earthquakes in the 7.0 plus range since then. One  last Thursday, and two others minutes after the big Sendai Quake. There have been a whole lot of quakes greater than 6.4 Magnitude - stronger than the big one that hammered Christchurch, New Zealand.
928 earthquakes is a lot, but is to be expected as the shifting plate settles in a little bit under Japan. f you visit THISBLOG and find the link near the bottom, you can see all of Japan's quakes greater than 3.5 Magnitude  since March 11.

Stay safe,
Andrew Joseph
